As a provider of digital courses and online services, the majority of our products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. This policy primarily applies to any physical goods, such as merchandise or course materials, that may be offered by WhiteHatNinja.

2. Digital Products

All digital products, including course access, certificates, and downloadable materials, are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased content via your student dashboard. An email confirmation with access details will also be sent to the email address associated with your account.

3. Physical Goods (if applicable)

3.1. Processing Time

Orders for physical goods are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3.2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order is placed.

Example Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days, $5.00
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days, $15.00

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3.3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3.4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

WhiteHatNinja is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3.5. Damages

WhiteHatNinja is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
